The mortar spraying machine can replace the work of the manual painting of the wall surface, andalsois a good equipment used for wall plastering. Mortar spraying equipment can be used for concrete mixing and spraying work. Pay attention to concrete in mixing : mixing time, and the feeding order. And need to pay attention to the spraying operation : spraying distance, spray gun running speed, spray pattern overlap, coating viscosity. Only these aspects have been noted in order to get the most satisfactory effect of spraying. Specific attention as follows:

1.When use large spray operation, spraying distance should be 20~30 cm,when use small spray gun operation, spraying distance should be 15~25 cm. Distance is too close to spray thick, too far is thin.

2.Spray gun speed to maintain a uniform speed, the general speedis 30 to 60 cm / sec. Too slow, prone to sagging, too fast to hold.

3.For the spray graphics lap need to accumulate experience in the daily work, in order to play the best spray effect.

4.Spray coating temperature should be controlled at 20-30 degrees , otherwise it will affect the viscosity of the coating, thus affecting the spraying effect. but for different enviroments, this tempreture is also not regular.

The difference between ordinary plastering and advanced plasteri

General plastering included in the construction quota,lesssub items, lower fees,   relativelylowquality standards.

Generally, the plastering are devided into three parts:

1.Ordinary plaster: the surface is smooth, clean, seam formation;

2.Intermediate plastering: surface smooth, clean, seam formation, gray line clear and straight;

3.Advanced plaster: the surface is smooth, clean, uniform color, no wipe, gray line straight and founder, clear and beautiful.

Decorative plaster included in the decoration of the quota, more sub items, higher fees, higher quality standards. 

The average of the total thickness inthe brick wall plastering shall not be greater than the following: Ordinary plaster:18mm,Advanced plaster:25mm

4:Quality standard of Plastering,Ensure project: material varieties, quality must meet the design requirements and material standard; between the plastering layers and the substrate must be bonded firmly, no delamination, hollowing, layer surfacenoexplosive ash and crack.

The working theory of the automatic wall plastering machine

On the modern construction field, there are all kinds of mechanical equipments, and the plastering machine is one of them. It is a perfec combination between the electrical and mechanical which is completely replace the munual plastering to improve the working efficiency.

The general procedures of the manual plastering.

Before we give a brief introduction of the working theory of the automatic wall plastering machine, first, let’s get to know the general steps of the manual plastering.

First: make the small concent blocks on the wall, to make sure that how thick you are going to plaster.

Second: use the slice to put the mortar onto the wall.

Third: press the mortar and smooth ,and then press polish to make sure that the finishing surface is without hollow and crack, the flatness and verticity can also reach the certain standard.

Top five working principles and theory of the plastering machine.

Complete to solve all these task takes around 15 years for the ChengGong R&D center. During this updating progress, there are total 14 models. All these solved subjects are supported by the five main working principles and system functions.

1: It adopts the hydraulic system to fix the machine, fixed firmly to ensure secure and also fast speed , easy cooperation, only need 10seconds to finish the fixing process.

2: It use the infrared positioning, compared with the traditional manual positioning models, it is faster and high accuracy.

3: Each machine was equipped with two high-frenquency vibration motors behind the plastering trowel. Both the speed and the frenquency are accuratly controlled by the system , which ensure that the cement mortar can be squeezed onto the wall tightly without hollowing and crack.

 4:The angle of the plastering trowel can be changed, it solves the mortar surface to be smoothed and press ponish.

 5, The machine adopts seperation design. The mainbody and the hooper is depertaed, when the machine descend, the plaster trowel will change it is angle to smooth the surface, without the need of artificial repair.
